Physical Safety

The chance that you or a member of your family will be a victim of violent crime is low. Violent crimes are pretty rare, but if you are afraid for yourself, or others, there are some things you can do.

Personal crimes of violence usually occur after dark. Contrary to popular belief, young males are the most common victims of crime. But anyone can become a victim, especially if they don't pay attention to their surroundings and potentially dangerous situations.
