Ciarra Brown from Mrs. Stepp's third grade class at Central City Elementary School won first prize.
Ciarra's drawing is of the hallway of her school showing two kids at their lockers. One of the kids is in a wheelchair and has a locker that is in easy reach for a kid sitting in a chair.
What did we learn? Kids with disabilities have lockers like everyone else.
