The West Virginia Statewide Independent Living Council, in cooperation with the West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services, is conducting public meetings to receive comments regarding the State Plan for Independent Living for 2008-2010 that are being required by the Rehabilitation Services Administration, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services, U.S. Department of Education.
Mountain State Centers for Independent Living has received a copy of the State Plan for Independent Living for your review. The document is in universal PDF format for print and review. [View the State Plan for Independent Living.]
To assist in identifying and understands the changes, please print the Explanation of Changes document, also provided in PDF format.
To aid you in providing comments on the changes to the State Plan for Independent Living, print the Comment Form, complete it and forward to WVSILC by no later than August 12, 2008.
