Home > 60 Good Deeds
We are so pleased to announce that we won a Good Deed as part of the 60 Good Deeds Challenge of Cabell Huntington Hospital .
The outcome of this Good Deed will be a rummage sale on Friday, September 30 and Saturday, October 1. The proceeds will be donated to flood survivors.
But first, we have to go through donations, organize clothes, test small appliances and be ready for September 30.
The Good Deed started with The Freedom Fund. The Fund provides limited financial support to people with disabilities wishing to leave, or to prevent them from going into, an institutional setting and to promote the independent living philosophy by offering guidance and support to persons with disabilities in maintaining themselves in their homes and communities providing funds are available. Donate to the Freedom Fund.
Between now and September 23rd, we are asking for donations in these areas:
Donations can be dropped off at the Huntington or Beckley office during business hours. If you have any questions, please email Nina in Huntington firstname.lastname@example.org or Kelly in Beckley email@example.com.
